PDF downloadable manuals are delivered via email link, within 1 business hour,during normal business hours, or within 1 business day during off hours (weekends, holidays, etc). Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you are expecting a PDF download. 

Most in stock parts ship within 1-3 business days. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you ASAP, with the updated status.
